Cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the date of arrival.

Children accommodation

Children under 6 can stay free in the parents room without extra bed.

On request the hotel provides a baby cot free of charge. Maximum possible number of extra beds/baby cots in a room is one.

Other children of older ages or adults are charged for extra beds under the current price list.

Please, ensure a power of attorney when children stay unaccompanied without parents (legal representatives).

Swimming pool and fitness facilities

Guests can visit the swimming pool and fitness hall at a discounted price under to the price list.

Please note that in order to visit a swimming pool you must have a swimming cap, special slippers and other bathing accessories.

Children under 11 inclusive can visit the swimming facilities only against a medical certificate of no enterobiasis (valid for 3 months); children under 14 inclusive - against a pediatrician certificate of no contraindications to the swimming pool.

Documents for check-in

To check in, please, provide the following documents:

• For citizens of the Russian Federation – a passport, in the absence of the passport - one of the following identity documents:

• Birth certificate - for persons under 14 years of age;

• Temporary identity document of a citizen of the Russian Federation;

• Other documents prescribed for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation (passport of a foreign citizen, or a document in lieu of it in accordance with the international treaties of the Russian Federation and foreign countries; residence permit, etc.).
