4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
4.1. The User shall:

4.2. The Site Administration shall:

4.2.3. Take due measures to protect confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the standard business procedures for information protection.

Block personal data as soon as the User, their legal representatives, or an authorized body for protection of rights of personal data subjects for the duration of verification period has contacted or requested it in case inaccurate personal data has been identified or illegal actions have occurred.
5. LIABILITIES OF THE PARTIES
5.1. The Site Administration in default of their obligations shall be liable for any losses incurred by the User due to illegitimate use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Site Administration shall not be liable if such information:
5.2.1. Became publicly available before its loss or disclosure.
5.2.2. Was received from the third party prior to the moment it was received by the Site Administration.
5.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
6. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
6.1. The Site Administration has the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

Agreement on Use of Materials and Services of the Internet Site (User Agreement)
This Agreement shall be deemed as a public offer and shall specify terms and conditions for use of materials and services posted on the website on the Internet at: www.neptun.spb.ru by visitors and users of this website (hereinafter the Site).
1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1. The site was created for the purpose of providing users with information about the site services, goods and products.
1.2. The site was developed by Volex LLC for Rubin JSC under Contract No. 03/10/19/P dated 01.10.2019.
1.3. The site shall contain the following materials and services:
- description of goods/services posted on the Site;
- selection and order of goods/services for purchases on this Site;
- facilities for sending messages and comments by the User.
1.4. The use of materials and services of the Site shall be governed by norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
2.1. The user shall refrain from doing actions and leaving comments and messages that may be deemed as breach of Russian or international law, including those of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, generally accepted norms of morality and ethics; the User shall also refrain from any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of smooth operation of the Site and its services.
2.2. It is not allowed to use materials of the Site without the consent of the copyright holders.
2.3. When quoting materials from the Site, including copyrighted works, a link to the Site is obligatory.
2.4. The Site Administration shall not be liable for visit and use of external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site.
2.5. The Site Administration shall not be liable for and shall have no direct or indirect obligations against the User in respect of any possible or incurred losses or damages associated with any content of the Site, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources or other contacts of the User, activated by the information or links to external resources posted on the Site.
2.6. The User agrees that the Site Administration shall not be liable for and shall have no direct or indirect obligations in respect of advertising placed on the Site.
3. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.2. If any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed by a court decision as null and void and not subject to enforcement, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
3.3. The Site Administration’s omission to act in case any User violates this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of the right to take legal remedy to protect their interests and copyrights to the materials of the Site in accordance with the law.
3.4. The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Such amendments shall come into force and effect as soon as the new version of the Agreement has been posted on the website. If the User does not agree with the amendments made, they shall not access the Site and cease using the materials and services of the Site.
3.5. By clicking on the link www.neptun.spb.ru, the User confirms that they accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy of the Site, which is an integral part of this Agreement posted at: www.neptun.spb.ru.
